Unitas Consulting is seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client Department of Corrections Credit Union. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR functions of our credit union. You will also be responsible for administering and monitoring HR programs, ensuring compliance with credit union policies, as well as external rules and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
• Administer employee compensation and benefit programs
• Oversee employee training and development programs
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Human Resources related experience.
• Proficiency with HR Administration including Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Experience with employee relations including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee counceling.
• Ability to assist with strategic HR initiatives.
